At Khaas Virsa, we specialize in 100% natural, organic, and premium heritage products. Because our products (such as Gurbandi Almonds, Pure Shilajit, and Desi Ghee) are natural, there may be slight variations in size, color, or texture. These variations are a testament to their raw and unpolished nature.
Section 2 - Accuracy of Pricing and Information
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products.
Section 3 - Orders and Billing
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are expected to be available at the provided address. Refusal to accept orders at the doorstep without a valid reason may result in a block on future orders.
Section 4 - Shipping and Delivery
We ship nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days.
While we partner with reputable courier services, Khaas Virsa is not liable for delays caused by external factors (weather, strikes, or courier logistics).
Section 5 - Returns and Complaints
Due to the perishable and food-grade nature of our products, we only offer replacements if the item is damaged during transit or the wrong item is sent.
Any complaints must be registered within 24 hours of delivery via our official WhatsApp or Email with clear photos/videos of the package.
Section 6 - Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
